My Name is Michael Pollard

I am a web and mobile app developer. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I have a lovely Wife and five beautiful children. We have three boys and two girls that are rambunctious and each full of personality.

Steve Jobs had once mentioned, "you have to love what you do, because if you don't love it, you'd quit." Coding is a passion that I was fortunate to discover in my teenage years. I had the desire to pursue it, ever since. I, distinctively, remember that the first programming language I learned was Visual Basic, in high school. After graduating high school, I then took college courses on JavaScript and C++ and my eagerness in programming propelled me to become a self-taught software engineer. I spent long days and sleepless nights working hard, studying multiple languages: C++, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. My first mobile app was published to the Google Play Store in July of 2019. During the 2020-2021 Pandemic, I created numerous websites to hone my skills. In July of 2020, I published an e-commerce website for a home-based chef (my wife) in San Diego, California.
